A chance to get together and enjoy some movement, banter and the outdoors. This group class is for all fitness levels, we will complete a mix of cardio and strength workouts using mostly bodyweight, resistance band & TRX exercises.

TRX Foundations (New to TRX)
Strength - Mobility - Balance - Coordination
Discover the perfect introduction to TRX training with my foundations program. Designed to help you build strength, improve balance, and enhance mobility in a supportive and approachable environment. This is an 8-week progressive program that includes two classes per week and will run a few times per year. Whether you’re new to fitness or looking for a fresh start, this class is your chance to kickstart your journey with confidence.

TRX Functional Circuits
Strength - Mobility - Balance - Progression
This is for everyone who has completed the beginner’s program and would like to continue their TRX journey. We focus on full body circuits here building overall strength, mobility and balance.
Classes are up to 1 hour long and include a warmup, main workout and cool down.

TRX Gold (for seniors)
low impact - supported - low intensity
Low impact, low intensity, and fully supported sessions focused on functional strength , balance and mobility. There are 2 x sessions per week and a max of 5 per class.

Yoga FM (for men)
Fundamentals - Flexibility - Beginners
Perfect for any guys new to yoga or those that wan to develop their practice. Focusing here on the fundamentals, building strength, flexibility and also confidence on the mat. There will be a follow up program after this for further progression.
